EPIC Health will now serve as a food distribution satellite center in partnership with Focus: HOPE. This initiative is designed to support seniors and their caregivers by providing convenient access to shelf-stable supplemental food supplies and healthcare services.

How to Enter the Program

Signing up for the Focus: HOPE program is easy! Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Visit Any EPIC Health Center: We have 11 convenient locations across the area. Choose the one that’s closest to you.
  2. Ensure Eligibility: The program is available for seniors aged 60+, living in either Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties who meet certain monthly income requirements.
  3. Register: Our friendly staff will assist you with the registration process to make our center your designated pick-up location.
  4. Schedule Your Appointment: Set up a healthcare appointment on the same day you pick up your food box, making it convenient to take care of your health and nutritional needs.
