ROYAL OAK – March 18, 2025 – In an effort to transform healthcare access for vulnerable populations, EPIC Health and Representative Natalie Price are joining forces to revolutionize preventative care and expand essential services in Michigan’s House District 5. This visit marks the beginning of a promising collaboration aimed at enhancing healthcare services for residents across Representative Price’s district, which includes parts of Berkley, Birmingham, Beverly Hills, Bloomfield Township, Detroit, Oak Park, Royal Oak, and Southfield.

The primary goal of this collaboration is to expand access to quality healthcare for more individuals in Representative Price’s district, with a particular focus on Medicaid recipients, as well as frail, vulnerable, and chronically ill individuals. Medicaid expansion has been shown to improve access to healthcare, reduce uninsured rates, and enhance financial security for low- income individuals. This collaboration aims to address these needs and improve health outcomes in Representative Price’s district.
A key component of this partnership is EPIC Health’s Instant Visits initiative, which provides the convenience of seeing a specialist via audio and video technology during the visit with the primary care physician. By streamlining the care process, Instant Visits enhance patient satisfaction and improve health outcomes, particularly for those managing chronic conditions.
