EPIC Health, a growing healthcare organization providing comprehensive, coordinated care for patients with chronic and complex health needs, today announced the opening of its first healthcare office in Florida, located in Sunrise.
The new EPIC Health Sunrise office, located at 6244 W Oakland Park Blvd., Sunrise, FL 33313, represents a significant milestone in EPIC Health’s continued growth and expansion. Patients can contact the new office at 754-216-2715.
As part of the expansion, EPIC Health has acquired the Sunrise practice of Dr. Jacqueline David, who will remain with EPIC Health following the acquisition. Dr. David’s continued involvement provides an important level of continuity for existing patients while allowing the practice to benefit from EPIC Health’s integrated approach to healthcare.
EPIC Health Expands Healthcare Services to South Florida
The opening of the Sunrise location marks EPIC Health’s entry into the Florida healthcare market. The organization plans to continue expanding throughout Florida, with additional locations anticipated as EPIC Health grows its network and brings its model of comprehensive care to more communities.
EPIC Health serves patients with a wide range of chronic, complex, and ongoing healthcare needs, including metabolic health, vascular conditions, pulmonary conditions, diabetes, mental health needs, and other conditions that may require coordinated and ongoing care.
“Our first Florida location is an exciting milestone for EPIC Health,” said Dr. Greg Naman, cofounder of EPIC Health. “We are proud to welcome Dr. Jacqueline David and her patients to EPIC Health and to begin building our presence in Florida. Sunrise is the beginning of what we expect to be a growing network of EPIC Health locations throughout the state.”
Continuing Care for Sunrise Patients
With Dr. David staying with EPIC Health, patients transitioning to the new EPIC Health practice can continue receiving care from a physician who already knows their healthcare needs and history.
The acquisition also introduces patients to EPIC Health’s broader healthcare resources and coordinated care model, designed to help patients and caregivers navigate complex healthcare needs with greater support and guidance.
For caregivers and families managing the healthcare needs of children, aging parents, or loved ones with chronic conditions, access to coordinated healthcare can be especially important. EPIC Health’s approach is designed to help patients understand their care, connect with appropriate services, and receive ongoing support.
EPIC Health’s Continued Growth
The Sunrise opening is part of EPIC Health’s broader strategy to expand its healthcare footprint and make comprehensive care available to more patients and communities.
EPIC Health continues to grow its network, services, and team while focusing on an integrated model of care that brings multiple aspects of a patient’s healthcare journey together.
“EPIC Health is growing, and our expansion into Florida is an important part of that growth,” Dr. Greg Naman continues. “We believe patients deserve healthcare that is connected, accessible, and centered around their individual needs. We look forward to serving the Sunrise community and expanding to additional Florida communities in the near future.”
