EPIC Health is thrilled to announce a partnership with Tindal Activity Center and Healthy Kidz to provide sports physicals for children! Whether your child participates in activities at Tindal or lives in the surrounding area, we’re here to ensure they are fit and ready for their sports endeavors.

How To Get A Sports Physical?

At EPIC Health:

If you are a patient of our clinic, then all you have to do is walk into any one of our locations and ask for a sports physical.

If you are not a patient of our clinic, sign up to become a patient and you can obtain a sports physical at no cost to you!

At Tindal Activity Center (10301 W Seven Mile Rd, Detroit, MI 48221):

Come to Tindal and for $15 dollars, anyone can get their sports physical right then and there!
